If you have already set up your security questions in LSE for You, you can use this self-service facility to reset your forgotten LSE Network Account or LSE Public Account password. If you have not already set up your security questions, see the Help section for information on resetting your password. |

HelpStaff and research students: please visit your User Support Team with your LSE ID Card to request your username or reset your password. Undergraduate and Taught Masters students: please visit the IT Help Desk in the Library with your LSE ID Card to recover your username or reset your password. If you are off campus and cannot come to the Library, please follow this procedure for resetting your password when off campus. Alumni, graduate applicants and other members of the LSE community: If you have forgotten the answers to the security questions you set, you will need to close the account and then create a new one. If you have forgotten your username, you will have to create a new account. Graduate applicants who close their account must contact the Graduate Admissions Office in order for a new account to be created for them. |
