This course is suitable for all staff, new or existing, who have not yet completed their Performance Development Review (PDR).

This is a highly participative workshop designed to enable all staff to make the most of their Performance Development Review (PDR) process and to understand how it works for them as an individual and how it fits into the overall performance management framework of the LSE.
