| Description: |
By the end of this course you will:
- Improve understanding of equality and diversity-related legislation within which HEIs operate (Equality Act 2010 and other relevant law) and of relevant LSE policies and procedures;
- Consider how legislation and organisational policies and procedures impact on behaviour in the workplace/ teaching and learning environment;
- Explore the issues arising when working with diverse colleagues, students, other customers and stakeholders and how to identify and respond effectively to their needs;
- Develop skills to recognise and respond effectively to bullying, harassment and inappropriate behaviour;
- Develop actions for implementation back in the workplace.
