Are you experiencing insomnia? Disrupted sleep? Are your sleeping patterns affecting your work or day to day functioning? Affected sleep can have an adverse effect on our mood, functioning and wellbeing.
The workshop will look at a range of difficulties associated with sleep. It will increase your understanding of its process and examine a number of strategies and ideas about how you might work towards achieving better sleep.
This workshop is run by the LSE Staff Counselling Service.
