Who is this course for? This course is suitable for everyone. Overview This course is designed for managers to effectively manage the individual performance of their staff. It will explore individuals who are performing at three different levels:-
- Above expected performance
- Below expected performance
- As expected
The course will look at how to manage performance both informally and formally. By the end of this course you will
- Understand the role of the manager in performance management
- Know how to set appropriate objectives
- Understand how to monitor and measure staff performance at 3 levels i.e. expected, above and below
- Give feedback to improve performance and results
- Receive an introduction to effective coaching techniques
- Understand the School policies and when it is appropriate to use what
Effective Behaviour Framework This course will support the Managing self and others, and Working with people at Your tema and others level.
