Who is this course for? This workshop is suitable for all staff and partners of staff working at the LSE who are new and expectant fathers to explore how to find the balance between being a dad and having a career in a way that enables you to be where you need and want to be both in body and in mind. Overview This is an interactive workshop delivered by Working Families which provides practical tools and insightful information on how to achieve a balance between being Dad and balancing work. It is also an opportunity to meet other new Dad's informally from across the School. By the end of this workshop you will
- Understand changing dynamics of expecting a baby and new fatherhood
- Build awarness of how to find the flexibility you need and remain resilient when facing multiple priorities
- Access tools and techniques to integrate career, home and fulfilling personal goals
