This interactive and highly practical course will give participants the confidence to see that they can take more control over their workload. It will gives immediately usable ways to save time and achieve better results. 
 
By the end of this course you will

  • Analyse how you currently spend your time
  • Learn how to manage your responses using emotional intelligence
  • Understand the importance of planning and prioritising your workload
  • Identify and overcome the barriers of poor time management
  • Identify behaviours in yourself and others that cause time to be lost
  • Identify time wasters and activities that have a low impact
  • Learn the difference between urgent and important to prioritise tasks and cope more effectively with day-to-day demands and pressures
  • Become more assertive and disciplined, achieving greater control through improved personal organisation
