Who is this course for?

This course would be of benefit to those managers who are relatively new to managing people and want to understand what is expected of them and how they can ensure they have the requisite skills and attitude.  It will help those who want to add some structure to their managerial development and those who just don’t know where to start.

This practical and experiential day long course takes delegates stage by stage through a self-managed development model, bringing into awareness both external and internal (personal) factors that have implications on their development planning.
