Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for all staff who write emails, letters or reports and who wish to improve their writing skills.
This course will introduce you to a plain English style of writing; improve your punctuation and the readability and structure of your written communications.  The course will also help you to define, structure and design your reports more effectively.
By the end of this course you will

  • Understand how to use plain English
  • Know how to write with accuracy, brevity and clarity
  • Understand the importance of correct punctuation
  • Understand how to ensure your email or letter is read
  • Know how to define, structure, design and assess a report
