Course: Introduction to Management

This programme is aimed at those new to management. It will explore the attributes of a good manager, the responsibilities of managers and common pitfalls that face new managers and how to avoid them. As well as focussing on key management tasks – setting objectives, giving feedback, developing teams and managing workloads, it will also signpost participants to other programmes that will support their development.
