Who is this course for?
This two day participative course is designed for all staff aspiring to be Managers in the future or for those that are new managers wishing to further develop their team leadership skills. 
This course focuses on the essential people management skills needed to operate in today’s working environment.  It addresses management issues through developing the key competencies needed for managerial success and through knowing how to assess and develop your own individual leadership style.
By the end of this course you will be able to

  • Assess your style of leadership
  • Know how to motivate team members
  • Understand how to set and communicate clear objectives to achieve results
