Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for all line managers, team leaders or supervisors who manage at least one member of staff or more and who conduct a Career Development Review (CDR)
This is a highly participative workshop designed to enable Managers to carry out effective career development reviews (CDR) with their staff. Also to understand how it works for them as an individual and how it fits into the overall performance management framework of the LSE.
