| Programme: | Equality, Diversity and Inclusion workshops for staff |
| Course: | Emerging Sexuality: Creating a Supportive Environment |
| Description: | What is the impact of the School environment upon people who are coming to terms with their sexuality? How can the School support individuals and find ways to ensure a safe environment for them to feel comfortable to work and study here? In this session we’ll be looking at the experience of coming to terms with sexual identity, and think about how we can create a more positive and inclusive culture for all students and staff. The session will be facilitated by Andrew Sherwood (Spectrum, LSE LGBT Staff Network – Committee Member), James Deeley (Spectrum, LSE LGBT Staff Network – Chair) and Shelley Silas (LSE Royal Literary Fund Fellow, TLC). |
