This workshop would benefit those who would like to get themselves into the best possible position for enhancing their career through either internal promotion or a new role inside or outside their current organisation.

Overview

Based on the facilitator’s book “Get that Job in 7 Simple Steps” published by Collins, delegates will understand their key motivational drivers and their standout strengths to increase the chances of getting a new role. The implications of understanding your “brand” - skills, strengths and motivations - are discussed with their applicability to writing a CV and covering letter, answering those tricky interview questions and dealing with assessments.

• Be able to fine-tune your CV to make it more likely you will be invited to interview
• Understand how to perform well in interviews and assessments
