Course: Study more effectively – 'Happy –appy' the route to more effective study skills
Description:
Dr. Simon Hayhoe in conjunction with the Learning Technology and Innovation team (LTI) will be delivering a practical short course for students registered with the disability and wellbeing service on the use of technology to aid study skills.

Dr Hayhoe will review support and IT resources available at the LSE and low cost apps available. The course will cover the keys areas of study skills such as note taking, recording lectures, organisational tools, research, reading and drafting written work.

Please note that this course consists of 4 sessions and when you book it will automatically be for all four sessions. The sessions are as follows:

Note Taking & Sharing Information
October 27, 13:00-14:00 +30 minutes optional surgery at the end.

Mind-Mapping
November 10, 13:00-14:00 +30 minutes optional surgery at the end.

Video and Audio Recording Lectures and Seminars
November 24, 13:00-14:00 +30 minutes optional surgery at the end.

Revision of Skills and Apps
January 26, 13:00-14:00 +30 minutes optional surgery at the end.
