This course is suitable for all staff both new and existing, who have not yet completed their Career Development Review (CDR).
 
Overview
 
This is a highly participative workshop designed to enable all staff to make the most of the Career Development Review (CDR) process and to understand how it works for them as an individual and how it fits into the overall performance management framework of the School.
 
 
By the end of this course you will
 

• Understand the purpose of the CDR
• Explore the LSE model
• Understand that a CDR is a two way process
• Explore the key skills to enable you to get the best out of your CDR

 
 
 Half day: starts 09.30 and finishes 12.30.
