Statements5 is the School’s suite of financial reports for Budget Controllers and Signatories. It is accessed via a web browser and replaces the previous Excel based Statements4. The reports within Statements5 allow users to:

• Compare actual expenditure against available budget and forecasts
• View details of all transactions posted to budget codes
• View images of scanned Accounts Payable invoices and expense claims

We have scheduled regular monthly Statements 5 Workshops, where users are invited to discuss any questions they have with the Financial Systems team.

Please note:  These sessions are specifically designed to deal with how reports are run and will not be used for training budget controllers and signatories on how to manage their accounts.
