| Course: | Look after yourself during your studies |
| Description: | University study can bring with it a heavy workload and a lot of pressure. For many students, maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while they are studying can be tricky! In this workshop with Dr Ohemaa Nkansa-Dwamena from the Counselling Service, we will consider the experience of being a student at LSE, including challenges around balancing studies, work, and personal life. You’ll explore ways to develop good habits around eating, sleeping, relaxing, socialising, and staying active in order to support your study, and learn about how and where to find support to make the most of your time at LSE. This workshop is run by the Counselling Service as part of the LSE LIFE Specialist Curriculum and is open to undergraduates, taught Master's postgraduates. |
