| Course: | Step-up! From school to university - Reading independently |
| Description: | In your first year as an undergraduate at LSE, you’ll be met with a lot of new and exciting challenges. One key challenge in making the transition from school to university is reading. “Reading” might seem straightforward, but at university you’ll be faced with more reading than you’re accustomed to and you’ll be expected to search for and read relevant texts independently. In this 30-minute session, there will be time for your questions and comments, and Helen Green will give an overview of ways to approach your reading and where you can find help. This session is part of the LSE LIFE Specialist Curriculum and is particularly recommended for first-year undergraduates. |
