| Course: | Adapt to study and life in the UK |
| Description: | Settling into a new university - and possibly a new city or new country - can raise many concerns. This applies to students making the transition from school to university for the first time, as well as to postgraduates continuing or coming back to university for a master’s degree. Mike Bryant, from the Counselling Service, will help you identify and address some of your own concerns and prepare for upcoming transitions, including dealing with culture shock, understanding academic expectations, and settling in. This workshop is run by the Counselling Service as part of the LSE LIFE Specialist Curriculum and is open to undergraduate, taught Master's students.
