Course: How to prepare for LSE Exams

Some students think of preparing for exams as an exercise in memorisation.  But to do really well in LSE exams, “recall” is not enough.  You’re expected to understand and apply ideas and to make connections across the material presented in your course.  You also need to be able to communicate in writing, clearly and concisely.  A thorough revision strategy addresses all these aspects of exam success:  reviewing and remembering, understanding in more depth, and writing clear and direct responses to exam questions.  In this talk, Helen Green will propose how you can begin this process and create a revision strategy that works for you.
