Course: How to write essays at LSE
Description:

Essays are a means to reflect on ideas and theories and to present your own views on a particular question or topic. Formulating a clear, relevant, and convincing position in writing is key to creating a good essay. During this talk, we will take a look at what essays are (and what they are not) and their role in studying complex social science phenomena. The phases of essay writing will be described and various resources available at LSE to support you throughout your writing process will be presented.
