Programme: Web Design
Course: Web Design 3: CSS Format
Description:

This workshop builds on the previous HTML workshops and students will learn how to add fonts, colours, and other formatting to a basic HTML website.

Prior to attending the workshop, students must have completed the tasks in Web Design 1: HTML Pages and Web Design 2: HTML Sites, as well as the short Web Design 3 Moodle Lesson.

All students will work at their own pace and some may find they wish to attend the course a number of times in order to fully complete the learning.

By the end of this session you will understand how to:

  • Create a well-structured CSS file to manage an entire site
  • Identify the semantic elements of CSS
  • Apply formatting to an HTML website through CSS
