Overview

This course teaches all about behavioural preferences, increases self-awareness and the understanding of others. The theory is based on the psychology of Karl Jung. This knowledge provides the skills to better communicate, influence and persuade others in an effective and appropriate way. It teaches us to flex our style accordingly to be more adaptable communicators.

 

By the end of this course you will:

  • Understand yourselves better
  • Appreciate and respect the differences between yourself and others
  • Have a clear insight into how to flex and adapt to other styles
  • Understand the subtle nuances of soft skills to better connect
  • Have clear tool to aid influence through conversation structure
  • Develop a great level of awareness in all senses of interaction with others
  • Be able to influence with greater efficiency and establish more win-win situations
  • Be able to build more harmonious and collaborative professional relationships
